Placing of your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these purchase and shipping terms.
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, societywild is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
HOLDS (IN-STORE ONLY)
Items may be put on hold with a hold fee (in-store only).
Items will be held for up to three weeks. If items are not collected and there is no communication within those three weeks, items will be put back on the store floor and any hold fees will be credited to you as a store credit.
All prices quoted on the website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Currency can be changed to view in USD.
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website from time to time and without notice to you.
societywild accepts payment via credit card (Visa/Mastercard), AfterPay and PayPal.
After you make payment for your order, we will email you an invoice, which confirms receipt of your order.
We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in NSW.
Orders are processed by 4pm each business day, so please keep this in mind when purchasing something that is required ASAP.
We do not store your credit card details at any time, ensuring consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured.
By agreeing to these purchase and shipping terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to the soceitywild business, including information relating to products, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
societywild may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER
Should a product be missing from an order when received, please contact us at email@example.com with the order number and the product code or product name of the product you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations.

Our societywild branded leather accessories are completely handmade using high quality materials. With proper care, our handmade pieces should be a staple in your wardrobe for years to come!
Warranty for your societywild leather goods applies to products used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose. It does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or neglect. All items returned for a warranty claim will be inspected by our team and we will keep you updated throughout the process.
We do not provide warranty on societywild accessories purchased second hand.
For items returned via post, societywild will cover return postage as long as the fault is not deemed as 'customer incurred'.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR LEATHER GOODS
As leather is an organic product, the proper care will help to extend the life of your precious piece.
We recommend using a protective spray and/or natural nourishing cream every few months, or as required, to help extend the life of your societywild. leather goods. Should your leather get wet, let it dry at room temperature.
LEATHER WARRANTY - 6 MONTHS
In the unlikely event you find a defect in the material (leather) of your product that affects the structural integrity of the piece within 6 months of purchasing the item, we will repair the product for you. If the product is unable to be repaired, we will replace your societywild piece.
CRAFTSMANSHIP & HARDWARE - 12 MONTHS
In the unlikely event there is a defect in either the craftsmanship or hardware of your product within 12 months of purchase, we will repair the product for you. If the product is unable to be repaired, we will replace your societywild piece.
